You can easily decorate the curtain on the floor, then mount the completely decorated rod with the curtain or drapes using the wall brackets and fasten it between two walls. You can create fabric decorations with the curtain rings and curtain hooks, for loop curtains and eyelet curtains simply choose the variant without rings and without hooks.
You order a complete curtain rod consisting of:
1 pc. tube Ø 16mm made of stainless steel, the stylish and silky gloss look is absolutely suitable for our wall brackets and intermediate supports made of V2A stainless steel.
2 pcs. Wandlager-16, material is solid stainless steel DIN WNR 1.4301 satin finished, incl. fastening material.
1 piece (from 220cm length) or 3 pieces (from 420cm length) wall intermediate supports, single-track, you can select the support model in the "Intermediate support" field, material is solid stainless steel DIN WNR 1.4301, satin finish, incl. fastening material.

Order the correct curtain rod length.

The order length of the curtain rod is the clear dimension = total length including both wall brackets = distance from wall to wall.
*If desired, please enter the number in cm in the "exact distance from wall to wall (cm):" field. then we will cut the tube to the right length for you. For example: if you have a wall distance of exactly 229cm, please select 240cm under "Length" and in the field "Exact distance from wall to wall (cm):" enter the "229cm". We will trim the pole accordingly before shipping, sections will not be shipped with it.

Wandlager-16 fastening system: Install curtain rods in a niche.

With this support system, you can easily decorate the curtains on the floor, then attach the completely decorated rod to the wall. First, mount the wall bearing plates (rosettes) and threaded bushings on the wall with Spax screws. Then push the tube with wall bearing caps onto the threaded bush. Screw the caps onto the threaded bushings. Lock the rod with grub screws.

From a length of 220 cm, 1 piece is included and from a length of 420 cm, 3 pieces of intermediate wall supports are included

You can select the carrier model in the "Intermediate carrier" field. There are 4 different carrier systems to choose from: Sont-16 1-track with base disc, Post-16 1-track with base disc, Primo-16 1-track with base and Top-16 1-track with base:

With this support system, you can easily decorate the floor and then attach the completely decorated rod to the wall. You can place the wall brackets on the rod absolutely freely. First attach the mounting plate to the wall with Spax screws. Then cover the mounting plate with the base washer and screw the carrier onto the mounting plate threaded pin. Then insert the tube into the holder openings and fix it with the clamping screws. You can also place the Sont rod holder with the openings facing downwards, the tube is also held absolutely tight with the clamping screws in this position.

Post 16 carrier, 1-track with base disc as intermediate carrier, dimensions, fastening system and assembly instructions.

With this wall bracket system, you can easily decorate the curtains on the floor, then attach the completely decorated rod to the wall. You can place the wall brackets on the curtain rod absolutely freely.
First attach the base plate to the wall with bolts. You can either attach the base plate and bolts with a mounting plate and Spax screws or screw them directly with a Spax screw.
Then slide the stainless steel supports (along with the tube) onto the studs and tighten the support grub screws (not too tight).
Of course it is also possible to extend the stainless steel wall bracket (optional). We also offer a 50mm standard extension made of solid stainless steel for the 16-post carrier system. You connect the extension and the carrier with an adapter.

Rod carrier Primo-16 1-barrel with base as intermediate support, dimensions, mounting system and mounting instructions

With this support model, you can easily decorate the curtains on the floor, then attach the fully decorated curtain rod to the wall. You can place the straps on the pole absolutely freely. First mount the bases on the wall. You can either attach the base with a screw-on plate or screw it on directly from the inside with a Spax screw. After that, attach the rod supports (along with the tube) to the wall and slide the support feet into the base and tighten the base grub screw (not too tight). Then adjust the rod in the holders and fix them with carrier grub screws. You can move the holder in the base about 15mm in length and thus align the distance between the curtain rod and the wall. If you want a smaller distance from the bar to the wall, it is possible to shorten the support foot with a hacksaw, the minimum possible distance is approx. 60mm. Of course it is also possible to extend the wall bracket (optional). We also offer a 50mm standard extension for the Primo carrier system. You simply screw the extension to the carrier foot with a threaded pin. We can also make special lengths of extensions, just ask.

Support Top-16mm single-track with the base as an intermediate holder, dimensions, mounting system and mounting instructions

You are absolutely free to position these bar supports on the bar. First mount the bases on the wall. You can either attach the base with a screw-on plate or screw it on directly with Spax screws. Then slide the carrier foot into the base and tighten the base grub screw (not too tight). You can also place the Top rod holder with the openings facing downwards. In this position, too, the round tube is held firmly with the grub screws. Insert the tube into the carrier openings and fix it with carrier grub screws. You can move the carrier in the base about 1.5 cm in length and thus align the distance between the curtain rod and the wall or ceiling. If you want a smaller distance from the curtain rod to the wall or ceiling, it is possible to shorten the support foot with a hacksaw, the minimum possible distance is approx. 60mm. Of course it is also possible to extend the wall bracket (optional). We also offer a 50mm standard extension for the top carrier system. You simply screw the extension to the carrier foot with a threaded pin. We can also make special lengths of extensions, just ask.

Also order stainless steel rings.

You can use our stainless steel rings to attach curtains to a curtain rod with a round tube. These curtain rings are made of stainless steel with a plastic insert for quiet sliding of the shower curtains. All rings are supplied with clip-on hooks (folding hooks) made of plastic (transparent).
