We offer a chic and modern niche solution for wall-to-wall decoration: a complete 16mm diameter stainless steel double track curtain rod with brackets called Wandlager-16. You can easily do the curtain decoration on the floor and mount the fully decorated curtain rod between the walls with the wall bearings.
You can realize the curtain decoration with the rings and hooks. For loop curtains and eyelet curtains, simply choose the variant without rings and without hooks.
You are ordering a complete curtain rod, which consists of the following components:
2 tubes with a diameter of 16mm made of satin-finished stainless steel. The look is stylish and goes perfectly with our wall brackets and intermediate supports made of V2A stainless steel.
4 wall brackets-16, made of solid stainless steel DIN WNR 1.4301 with a satin finish. The fastening material is included.
1 piece (from a length of 220cm) or 3 pieces (from a length of 420cm) intermediate support in double-track design. You can select the carrier model in the "Intermediate carrier" field. The material consists of solid stainless steel DIN WNR 1.4301 with a satin finish. The fastening material is included.
The desired number of rings or hooks. We recommend using 1 curtain ring or hook per 10cm curtain width.

2-track curtain rail Wandlager-16: measure the distance to the wall and order the right length

The double curtain rod Wandlager-16 is fastened between the walls of a niche. It is important to measure the wall clearance so that the correct pipe length can be selected. The next suitable length can then be selected and the measured wall distance entered in the "Wall distance" field. We supply the curtain rod trimmed accordingly to ensure a perfect fit. However, if you wish, you can also order an uncut curtain rod and shorten the tubes yourself with a hacksaw or an angle grinder during assembly.
Order length of the curtain rod is clear dimension = total length incl. wall bracket left and right = wall to wall distance.
*If desired, please enter the number in cm in the "exact distance from wall to wall (cm):" field. then we will cut the pipes to the right length for you. For example: if you have a wall distance of exactly 189cm, please select 200cm under "Length" and in the field "Exact distance from wall to wall (cm):" enter the "189cm". We will trim the pole accordingly before shipping, sections will not be shipped with it.

Mounting system Wandlager-16: Fasten the curtain rod in a niche.

With this support system, you can easily decorate the curtains on the floor and then attach the completely decorated curtain rod to the wall. First you should mount the wall mounting plates (rosettes) and threaded bushes on the wall with Spax screws. Then push the tube through the wall bearing caps and place it between the mounted threaded bushes. Screw the caps onto the threaded bushings and lock the rod with grub screws.

We will automatically supply 1 intermediate support for lengths of 220 cm and more and 3 intermediate supports for lengths of 420 cm and more.

You can select the desired subcarrier model in the "Subcarrier" field. There are 4 different carrier systems to choose from: Sont-16 2-track with base disc, Post-16 2-track with base disc, Primo-16 2-track with base and Top-16 2-track with base:

The two-track wall bracket Sont-16 can be used as an intermediate bracket for wall mounting

With this double bracket system, you can easily decorate the curtains on the floor and then mount the completely decorated curtain rod on the wall. You can distribute the wall brackets absolutely freely on the bar and should pay attention to an even weight distribution. First you should mount the screw-on plates to the wall with Spax screws. Then cover the mounting plates with the base washers and screw the brackets onto the mounting plate threaded pins. Then insert the tubes or profiles into the carrier openings and fix them with the carrier clamping screws. You can also place the Sont-16 curtain bracket with the openings facing down. Even in this position, the tubes and aluminum profiles are held firmly with the clamping screws.

The double-barreled beam Pfosten-16 can be used as an intermediate beam. Here are the dimensions, the mounting system and the mounting instructions

With this wall bracket system, you can easily decorate on the floor and then mount the completely decorated pole on the wall. You can place the wall brackets absolutely freely on the rod. First you should attach the base plate to the wall with bolts. You can screw on the base plate and bolts either with a screw-on plate and spax screws or directly with a spax screw. Then push the tubes through the girders and put the girders on the bolts. Then tighten the carrier grub screws, but not too tight. Optionally, it is possible to extend the wall bracket. For this we offer a 50mm standard extension made of V2A stainless steel for the post support system. To attach the extension, connect it to an adapter.

The curtain rod holder Primo-16 2-track as an intermediate holder: the dimensions, the fastening system and the assembly instructions

With this wall bracket system, you can easily decorate on the floor and then mount the completely decorated curtain rod on the wall. You can place the wall brackets absolutely freely on the rod.
First you should mount the bases on the wall. You can either attach the base with a screw-on plate or screw it on directly with a spax screw.
Then push the tubes through the rod supports and move the whole thing to the wall. Then insert the support feet into the base and tighten the base setscrews, but not too tight. Adjust the tubes in the brackets and secure them with the bracket grub screws.
You can adjust the brackets in the base by up to 15mm in length to adjust the distance between the curtain rod and the wall. If you want a smaller distance between the pole and the wall, it is possible to shorten the support foot with a hacksaw. The minimum possible distance is approx. 60mm (first run).
Optionally, it is also possible to extend the wall bracket. For this we offer a 50mm extension for the Primo carrier system. Simply screw the extension to the carrier foot with a grub screw. We can also make special lengths of extensions, just ask.

Double-barreled wall bracket Top-16mm as an intermediate support: use, mounting system, mounting instructions

You can place these wall brackets absolutely freely on the pipes. First you should mount the bases on the wall. You can either attach the base with a screw-on plate or screw it on directly with a Spax screw. Then slide the carrier foot into the base and tighten the base grub screw, but not too tight. You can also place the Top wall bracket with the openings pointing downwards. In this position, too, the tubes or the aluminum profiles are held firmly with the grub screws.
Insert the aluminum inner running profiles or round stainless steel tubes into the carrier openings and fix them with carrier grub screws. You can adjust the pole mount in the base by up to 1.5cm in length to change how far the poles are from the wall. If you want a smaller distance between the pole and the wall, it is possible to shorten the support foot with a hacksaw. The minimum possible distance is approx. 60mm.
Optionally, it is also possible to extend the rod carrier. For this we offer a 50mm standard extension for the top holder system. Simply screw the extension to the carrier foot with a grub screw. We can also make special lengths of extensions - just ask.

Also order stainless steel rings.

You can use our stainless steel rings to attach curtains to a curtain rod with a round tube. These curtain rings are made of stainless steel with a plastic insert for quiet sliding of the shower curtains. All rings are supplied with clip-on hooks (folding hooks) made of plastic (transparent).
