Assemble your own railing made of V2A stainless steel: system post 10

For hanging kitchen accessories, we offer railing hooks made of nickel-plated steel, S-hooks made of stainless steel or stainless steel hooks made of flat steel. With the help of additional railing brackets, articulated connectors and wall brackets, it can be extended to form an L-shaped or U-shaped railing.

Kitchen rail post 10: calculate and order the correct length

Ordered size is the pure tube length. The total length is usually greater, in the version with closed outer brackets, the allowance for the brackets and possibly the base washers are added, in the version with open outer brackets, the allowance for end pieces is added to the tube length. Please refer to the drawing for the dimensions
*If desired, please enter the number in cm in the field "shorten by:". then we will cut the tube to the right length for you. For example: If you need a tube of exactly 177cm, then under "Length" please select - 180cm, and in the field "Shorten by:" enter the number "3 cm". Sections are not sent.
* Parcel service shipping:
The tubes up to 260cm are always delivered in one piece.
The tube is divided in the middle from a length of 260cm.
A connection adapter is always included. A support is to be attached to the connection point.
* Freight forwarding:
The tubes longer than 260cm and up to 400cm are delivered in one piece.
*Rail longer than 400cm (also in one piece) - price on request.

Support post 10 made of stainless steel V2A for tubes and rods with Ø10 mm.

Rod carrier made of V2A stainless steel for all rods and tubes with Ø 10mm. Available as an open or side-closed (right or left) carrier. Side-closed version is used as a support and end piece at the same time. Fastening with bolts and spax screws, boreholes and screws are covered with base washers (optional). The rod is pushed in from the side and secured with a grub screw.

Post-10 railing bracket: assembly and fastening instructions for various versions.

With this railing holder system you can choose the following versions: railing carriers closed at the side (left and right) and railing carriers open at the side. Closed straps hold the railing tube and at the same time close the tube ends. If you decide to use the open version of the outer beams, you should close the pipe ends with end pieces, we offer knock-in caps and end pieces cylinders for this, of course you can also leave the pipe ends open in order to use a jointed corner connector or a wall bearing (separately in to find single parts 10mm).
You can mount these railing brackets horizontally (wall or front edge of worktop) or vertically (cupboard, shelf bottom or top edge of worktop).
First, attach the stud (with or without a base washer) to the wall, countertop, or cabinet.As standard, we supply a spax screw with the dowel as fastening material.The bolt has a continuous M6 thread, so an alternative attachment with a hanger bolt, metric screw or mounting plate is possible.
Then slide the railing brackets (along with the tube) onto the bolts and tighten the bracket grub screws (not too tight).
Of course it is also possible to extend the bracket (optional). We also offer a 50mm extension made of stainless steel for the post support system. You connect the extension and the carrier with an adapter.

Order tube end pieces for the railing post-10.

If you choose the outer railing carrier in open design, you must close the tube ends nW. We offer impact caps or cylinder end pieces for our railings. Simply select the desired end piece in the corresponding field. Of course, you can also order the version without end pieces, for example to use a pipe joint or a wall bracket at this point.

Connect tube ends with joints to create an L-shape or U-shape railing.

If you need an L-shape or U-shape or trapezoidal-shape railing for your kitchen area, then you can use our corner joint connectors for the 10mm diameter round tubes. These joints are inserted into the pipe ends instead of the end pieces, so you can easily achieve any angle from 75° to 285°.
To assemble an L-shaped railing, order: 1 railing with a tube open on one side and 1 piece end piece + 1 piece railing with a tube open on one side, 1 piece end piece and with 1 piece joint
To configure a U-shape or a 3-sided trapezoid railing, order: 2 pcs. railing with a tube open on one side and 1 pc. end piece + 1 pc. railing with a tube open on both sides without end pieces but with 2 pcs. joints
