Our modern style set consists of two parallel tubes and is designed for wall mounting. The Sont-16 carrier system was specially developed for easy assembly of curtain rods and is designed as a double-barreled carrier for 16mm tubes. Made from solid stainless steel, the holders not only offer stability, but also a modern and unobtrusive appearance that suits different furnishing styles. The Sont-16 two-track bracket is very popular and is ideal for attaching curtains and blinds in residential and commercial spaces. Rings, hooks, fabric loops or metal eyelets are usually used to attach the curtains to the round tube curtain rod. This method of attachment is the most common way of decorating windows.
You are ordering a complete curtain rod, which consists of the following components:
2 pieces of tube with a diameter of 16 mm in a noble and satin-polished look, suitable for the holders and end buttons. Lengths of up to 600 cm are available in one piece on request.
You will also receive 2, 3 or 5 double-barreled Sont-16 rod supports with a base disc, made of solid stainless steel DIN WNR 1.4301 with a satin finish. Fastening material is included in the scope of delivery, the number of holders depends on the length of the rod ordered.
You also have the option of ordering 4 finials of your choice or the style set without finials.
We advise you to order the desired number of curtain rings or curtain hooks, with a minimum of 10 per 1 meter of curtain width.

2-track curtain rod Sont-16: measure the length correctly and order the right size

If you want to order the Sont-16 2-track curtain rod, it is important to measure the length of your window or door correctly in order to order the right size. Measure the width of the window or door carefully, then add a few inches to ensure the curtain can slide past the sides and that it has enough overlap to block light and airflow. As soon as you have determined the correct length, you can order the appropriate size of the 2-track curtain rod Sont-16.
The ordered size is the tube length without end pieces.

The round tubes up to 260cm are always delivered in one piece.
The pipe is divided as follows from a length of more than 260cm:
Divided in the middle up to 520cm.
Divided into 1/3 + 1/3 + 1/3 from a length of 520 cm.
A connection adapter is included. A support should be attached to the junction.

Double bracket Sont-16 for wall mounting: use, mounting system, fastening instructions

With this double bracket system, you can easily decorate on the floor and then mount the completely decorated curtain rod on the wall. You can place the wall brackets anywhere on the rod, but you should ensure that the weight of the curtains is evenly distributed.
First you should mount the screw-on plates to the wall with Spax screws and then cover them with the base washers. You can then attach the brackets to the screw-on plate threaded pins and insert the tubes or profiles into the bracket openings. You should then fix these with the carrier clamping screws.
It is possible to place the Sont-16 curtain brackets with the openings facing down. In this position, the tubes and aluminum profiles are also held securely by the clamping screws.

We offer various terminations for our stainless steel tubes with a diameter of 16mm. To order the desired end piece, simply select the appropriate model in the "end pieces" field. In the pictures you can see our range of end pieces and end knobs for stainless steel pipes. You also have the option of ordering the rods without end pieces, for example to use a joint connector for a bay window or a wall bracket at this point.

To create a bay window curtain rod, you can connect tubes with angle joints

To create a bay window curtain set, you can simply connect the tubes with a joint to assemble the rods. In this way you can flexibly attach the curtain rods to the walls and create a tailor-made solution for your bay window.
If you need an L-shape or U-shape curtain rod for your room, or want to make a trapezoidal curtain rod for your bay window, you can use our connecting joints to connect 20mm diameter tubes. These corner joints are inserted into the pipe ends so that you can easily and continuously adjust angles between 75° and 285°.
To compose an L-shaped curtain rod, order: 1 pc. curtain rod with 4 end pieces + 1 pc. curtain rod without end pieces but with 2 joints.
To compose a U-shaped or a 3-sided trapezoid curtain rod, order: 2 curtain rods each with 2 end pieces + 1 curtain rod without end pieces but with 4 joint connectors.

We offer stainless steel rings for attaching curtains and curtains to a round tube rod. These curtain rings are made of high-quality stainless steel and are equipped with a plastic insert that allows the curtains to slide silently. All curtain rings are supplied with clip-on hooks (pleat hooks) made of clear plastic. We recommend using at least one ring for every 10cm of curtain made.

Curtain hooks S-shape made of stainless steel for rods and tubes with a diameter of 16mm.

Our S-shaped curtain hooks made of stainless steel are not only very robust and durable, but also particularly smooth-running. They are bent from 3mm stainless steel wire and punched at the ends. They can be used both indoors and outdoors. Thanks to the clamping system with a 15mm opening, they can be easily attached to a 16mm rod and removed again if necessary.
