"Edge" Curtain Track – Ceiling-Mounted with Rectangular Aluminum Profile

The single-track ceiling-mounted curtain rod "Edge" is the ideal solution for modern residential and commercial spaces where a stable and aesthetically pleasing ceiling installation is desired. Its angular 14x35 mm aluminum profile impresses both functionally and visually with its minimalist, linear design. Available in a stainless steel look or glossy white finish, it blends seamlessly into various interior styles.

Thanks to direct ceiling mounting with elegant "Edge" brackets (available in five selectable lengths from 5 cm to 45 cm), the curtain rod can also be installed flexibly in challenging architectural situations, such as in front of roller shutters or in the center of a room—completely independent of the wall. This makes the "Edge" ideal for privacy curtains in dressing rooms, treatment areas, or open-plan concepts.

The curtain moves within the integrated glider channel. Thanks to a second channel dedicated to the ceiling brackets, curtain gliders can slide uninterrupted along the entire length—ensuring smooth and silent movement at all times. The number of ceiling brackets is automatically adjusted to the selected length, and additional brackets can be selected as needed.

Each "Edge" curtain rod is supplied with matching end caps (optional: none, one, or both ends) and a selection of compatible gliders. Optional joint brackets are available for sloped ceiling installation.

The curtain rod is available in fixed lengths from 100 cm to 600 cm. Custom lengths can be specified using the "shorten by" field. Bent and curved versions can be made upon request using a sketch and a photo of the room situation.

Custom Sizes – How to Order the Correct Length

The selected length refers to the aluminum profile only, without end caps. If you require a custom size, enter the desired reduction in the "shorten by" field. Example: If you need a rod exactly 315 cm long, select 320 cm and enter "5 cm" in the "shorten by" field. Profile cutoffs are not included in the delivery.

Curtain rods up to 260 cm are always delivered in one piece.
Rods over 260 cm are delivered as follows:
- Up to 520 cm: divided in the middle
- Over 520 cm: divided into three equal sections (1/3 + 1/3 + 1/3)
A connection adapter is always included. A ceiling bracket should be placed at the connection point.

Profiles over 260 cm and up to 400 cm can be shipped in one piece.
Profiles over 520 cm and up to 600 cm are divided in the middle.

Single-Track Ceiling Bracket in Stainless Steel for 14x35mm Profiles: Assembly Guide

Our stainless steel ceiling brackets offer a stable and flexible mounting solution for internal curtain tracks. Their high-quality finish makes them suitable for both residential and commercial use.

Installation Instructions:

• Mount the base plates on the ceiling, aligned with the desired position of the curtain rail. Fix them using a mounting plate or directly with a Spax screw.
• Insert the square nut (attached to the threaded rod) into the mounting channel of the profile and align it with the ceiling bases.
• Screw the bracket rods onto the threaded rods, lift the entire assembly to the ceiling, and insert the rods into the base plates.
• Secure the brackets by tightening the grub screws—a height adjustment of up to 2 cm is possible.

If a shorter distance between the rail and ceiling is needed, the bracket rod can be cut with a metal saw. The minimum distance is approximately 50 mm.

Ceiling Brackets for Sloped Ceilings or Angled Walls

For installations on sloped ceilings or angled walls, we recommend using a joint for 10 mm rods. The installation process is as follows:

• Attach the joint to one side of the bracket rod using the supplied threaded pin and knock-in nut.
• Insert the other side of the joint into the ceiling socket and secure it with a grub screw.

This flexible solution allows the bracket to be precisely aligned with the slope. Brackets with and without joints can be combined—ideal for curtain rods that connect to angled walls.

Ceiling Mount System "Standard" – Single Track, Glossy White Aluminum

Our single-track ceiling brackets made of high-quality glossy white aluminum provide an elegant and stable solution for mounting internal curtain rails. They allow for flexible positioning and ensure secure ceiling attachment.

Installation Instructions:

• First, mount the base sockets to the ceiling, spaced according to the length of the curtain track. Fasten them using either a double-thread screw or a Spax screw.
• Then, slide the square nut (attached to the threaded pin) into the mounting channel of the profile and align it with the sockets.
• Screw the bracket rods onto the threaded pins, lift the assembly, and insert the rods into the ceiling sockets.
• Gently tighten the grub screws to secure the brackets—allowing for slight fine adjustment.

The brackets offer a height adjustment of up to 2 cm for precise leveling. If a smaller gap is desired between ceiling and rail, the rod can be shortened with a metal saw. The minimum clearance is approx. 50 mm.

If the profile is delivered in sections, the profile connector ensures a stable joint, allowing the curtain to glide smoothly—even across the connection.
