If wall mounting is not possible or not desired, you can also mount a curtain rod on the ceiling. One advantage of ceiling mounting is the ability to allow any distance from the wall to the curtain. This could be necessary, for example, to cover a particularly deep window sill or a radiator with curtains.
The wall brackets always lose stability when you increase the distance from the wall, while the stability of the ceiling brackets remains the same and the curtain rod does not hang down.
The curtain rod Top-20 1-track is a complete curtain system for mounting on the ceiling. All parts are made of stainless steel V2A. The tube diameter is 20mm. The tube lengths are possible from 100 to 260 cm in one piece, from 280 to 400 cm divided or in one piece. Lengths of up to 600 cm in one piece are also possible on request. Fastening: The scope of delivery includes the Top-20 ceiling supports with base and fastening material. End pieces: You can order the rod with different end pieces, you can simply choose any end piece from the range. Curtain attachment: If you are using loop curtains or eyelet curtains, please order the rod without the rings. If you want to use a curtain with curtain tape, you can order the right number of rings.

Order correct length.

Ordered length is the tube length without end pieces.
*If desired, please enter the number in cm in the field "shorten by:". then we will cut the pipe to the right length for you. For example: if you need a curtain rod tube of exactly 153cm, then please select under "tube length"-160cm, and in the field "cut by:" enter the number "7 cm". Pipe sections are not included.
* Parcel service shipping: The pipe is divided in the middle from a length of more than 260cm. A connection adapter is included. A ceiling beam is to be attached at the connection point.
* Freight forwarding: The tube (up to 400cm) is delivered in one piece.

Fastening system for mounting on the ceiling Top-20 1-track.

You can place the ceiling supports on the curtain rod absolutely freely.
First mount the bases on the ceiling. You can either attach the base with a screw-on plate or screw it on directly with Spax screws.
Then slide the carrier foot into the base and tighten the base grub screw (not too tight). Then insert the tube into the carrier openings and fix it with carrier grub screws. You can adjust the height of the support in the base by approx. 2 cm and thus align the curtain rod absolutely horizontally on the ceiling. If you want a smaller distance from the pole to the ceiling, it is possible to shorten the support foot with a hacksaw, the minimum possible distance is approx. 60mm. Of course it is also possible to extend the ceiling support (optional). You will find a 50mm standard extension for the top support system with the individual curtain rod parts. You simply screw the extension to the carrier foot with a threaded pin. It is also possible to screw several extensions together and thus enable the desired distance from the ceiling. We can also make special lengths of extensions, just ask.

Of course, we can also offer you a solution for sloping ceilings or sloping walls.

If you want to attach the curtain rod to the slope, please simply use a bay window joint for 10mm pipes. Please screw this joint to one side of the carrier foot, push the other side into the base and fix it with a base grub screw. So you can easily mount the ceiling support on the wall or roof slope at any angle. You can also combine this type of attachment with extensions
