An advantage of the inner rails is the possibility to move the shower curtain along the entire length of the shower rail without any problems. The ceiling supports are fastened in the upper run (fastening run) of the aluminum profile and always keep the lower run (glider run) free, thus guaranteeing an all-round trouble-free path for the shower curtain. Our shower rods are therefore ideally suited to set up a barrier-free shower area in the bathroom.

Order the right size and design of shower curtain rod.
Ordered sizes are outside dimensions of the rod. You can order the shower rod in different bathtub sizes. The quadrant size R corresponds to the corner dimensions of the tub, ie seen from the corner, the distance to the rod is always the same dimension=R.
The shower curtain rod should be attached to at least 3 points. You can order the following versions:
Version 1 (wall and ceiling mounting): 2 x wall mounting (wall bracket) and 1 x ceiling mounting (ceiling support).
Version 2 (ceiling mounting only): 3 x ceiling mounts (ceiling brackets) and 2 x end caps (for rod ends).
Version 3 (wall and ceiling mounting): 1 x wall mounting (wall bracket) and 2 x ceiling mounting (ceiling bracket) and 1 x end cap (for rod end).

Our shower curtain rods are made from an aluminum inner profile Ø 20mm. You can choose the following surfaces: stainless steel look, glossy white, matt black and glossy black. The accessories - the ceiling brackets, the wall brackets and the end caps can of course be ordered in the appropriate materials: stainless steel V2A, aluminum white glossy or aluminum black satin finish. Installation on the wall with wall bracket made of stainless steel V2A:

First mount the wall bearing plate with threaded bush on the wall. Slide the wall bearing cap onto the rod. Slide the rod onto the threaded bushing. Screw the cap onto the threaded bush. Lock the rod with grub screw.

Installation on the ceiling with the ceiling bracket made of stainless steel V2A:

You can place the ceiling support absolutely freely on the inner rail. First mount the base on the ceiling according to the desired position. You can either attach the base using a screw-on plate or screw it on directly with a Spax screw. Then slide the flat nut attached to the threaded pin into the fastening run of the aluminum profile and position it according to the base already attached. Screw the ceiling support rod onto the grub screw. Slide the construction towards the ceiling and insert the ceiling support rod into the socket. Tighten (not too tight) the socket grub screw. You can adjust the height of the support in the base by approx. 1.5 cm and thus align the shower rod absolutely horizontally on the ceiling. If you want a smaller distance from the rod to the ceiling, it is possible to shorten the ceiling support rod with a hacksaw, the minimum possible distance is approx. 50mm.

Close rod end with end cap made of stainless steel V2A:

The cap is simply placed on the aluminum profile. The conical bore ensures a very secure hold, but also ensures that the cap can be removed without any problems.

Wall mounting with wall brackets made of aluminum glossy white:

The aluminum cap is simply placed on the aluminum profile. The conical inner shape of the cap ensures a very secure hold, but also easy removal of the aluminum cap.

You can also shorten the ceiling support yourself with a hacksaw. Standard ceiling support length for our shower curtain rails=45cm. Min. possible ceiling support length = 5cm. You can also move the ceiling support approx. 1.5 cm down. We can also supply longer ceiling supports, please select under "longer ceiling supports".

Mount the quadrant shower curtain rod on a sloping roof (joints only available in stainless steel).

If you want to attach the curtain rod to a slope, you can order the joints for ceiling brackets. First screw this joint to one side of the ceiling support rod (a set screw and a drive-in nut are supplied), then push the other side of the joint into the base and fix it with a base grub screw. So you can easily mount the ceiling support on the wall or roof slope at any angle. You can, of course, combine the ceiling supports with and without a joint on a shower rail, for example if the rail closes on a sloping wall at the side.

Elastic rubber band, which you can quickly and easily shorten to the desired length with conventional scissors. You can then simply press the cover strip into the profile's fastening run. This way the water, dirt and dust can no longer accumulate in the upper barrel.

So your bathrobe and bath towel are always ready to hand when showering. Simply mount these robe hooks in the mounting rail of our inner rail shower rails. These bath towel hooks are made of V2A stainless steel and are absolutely suitable for wet areas. At the same time, the hooks are very flexible and can be attached anywhere on the pole. Simply slide the grub screw with flat nut to the desired position and turn the hook. The stainless steel hook is very robust, but also elegant, attractive and chic, just smart! The hook fits perfectly with our shower rails. This combination looks very classy and guarantees an all-round trouble-free movement of the curtain, even if a bath towel or bathrobe is hanging on the rod.
